Instructions for activating a Nintendo gift card:Make sure the gift card matches the region of your Nintendo account.

Step 1
Open the activation code for your card in your personal account or email.
Step 2
Go to the Nintendo eShop on your device (Nintendo Switch, 3DS, or Wii U).

Select your Nintendo account if you have multiple profiles.
Step 4
In the main eShop menu, select ‘Add Funds‘ and then ‘Redeem a Code‘.
Step 5
Enter the activation code and confirm it.
Step 6
Check your account balance. The funds will be available for purchasing games and add-ons.
