Site Rules

1. General Provisions

This document (hereinafter — the Site Rules, Rules, or Service Rules) is an integral part of the License Agreement published at https://playguru.store/offer-license (hereinafter — the Agreement). Definitions and terms shared between the Rules and the Agreement are outlined in the Agreement.

2. Product Listing Rules

1. Only products compliant with Russian Federation law may be listed by sellers on the platform.

Clause 4.1 of the License Agreement

Penalty: Temporary account suspension (up to 7 days) with a warning.

2. Product titles must match their descriptions and must not contain contact or personal information of the seller or any third party.

Clause 4.2 of the License Agreement

Penalty: Notification with a request to correct the title. Repeat violations may result in a temporary suspension (up to 3 days).

3. Sellers must list products in the appropriate store categories.

Clause 4.3 of the License Agreement

Penalty: Notification requesting relocation of the product to the correct category. Repeat violations may result in a temporary suspension (up to 3 days).

4. By listing a product, the seller understands that the product information will be publicly accessible.

Clause 4.4 of the License Agreement

Penalty: None — informational rule only.

5. The platform provides technical functionality for product listings but does not initiate or take responsibility for the content.

Penalty: None — informational rule only.

6. The platform reserves the right to establish and update requirements for product content and listing conditions.

Penalty: None — informational rule only.

7. Sellers are responsible for having the legal rights to list their products.

Clause 4.8 of the License Agreement

Penalty: Product removal. Temporary account suspension (up to 14 days).

8. The platform may remove or hide a product, restrict seller access, or terminate the Agreement without prior notice.

Clause 4.11 of the License Agreement

Penalty: Permanent account suspension and termination of the Agreement.

3. Store Chat Rules

1. It is recommended to use Russian, keep messages relevant and informative, and avoid using all caps.

Clause 5.1 of the License Agreement

Penalty: None — recommendation only.

2. Use of vulgar language, personal attacks, third-party personal data, or promotion of hate/extremism is prohibited.

Clause 5.2 of the License Agreement

Penalty: Temporary suspension (up to 7 days). Repeat violations will result in permanent suspension without recovery.

It is prohibited to post links to third-party or promotional content, provoke other users, violate copyrights, or upload malicious files.

Penalty: Temporary suspension (up to 14 days). Repeat violations will result in permanent suspension without recovery.

Transaction Rules

1. After the buyer completes payment, the seller must deliver the product within 24 hours to ensure timely access to digital content.

Clause 6.6 of the License Agreement

Penalty: None — informational rule only.

2. If the product is not delivered within 24 hours, the buyer may cancel the transaction. In such cases, the deposited funds (minus platform commission) will be refunded to the buyer’s account.

3. All product deliveries must be processed through the platform. The seller must provide all necessary delivery information, and the buyer must confirm receipt.
