As a result, the game features faithfully portrayed rules of engagement as well as ballistic penetration or projectile expansion, making gameplay as close to reality as possible. Single and multi Ready or Not features diverse game modes. You can lead a team of AI-controlled officers in a single-player campaign or raise the bar by joining other players in multiplayer. Release date and platforms Ready or Not was developed and published by VOID Interactive. The game debuted as an early access release in December 2021. The official PC release took place two years later, on December 13, 2023. In June 2025, VOID Interactive announced that Xbox Series S|X and PlayStation 5 versions of the game would premiere on July 15, 2025.
