Their aim is to gather information and, if possible, find a solution to rid London of its haunting terrors. Meanwhile, Waltham, the leader of the Weimar, utilizes his own forces to ascend the Citadel with a personal agenda, setting the stage for a thrilling confrontation with the Navigator.
