The game was developed by Claymore Game Studios and published by Kalypso Media. They planned to release it in March 2025, but the premiere was postponed. Eventually, Commanos: Origins came out on April 9, 2025. It's available on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S.
