FBC: Firebreak is the latest game from Remedy, the acclaimed studio behind Max Payne, Alan Wake, Quantum Break, and Control. This time, the Finnish developer introduces an online cooperative shooter where players can explore the Oldest House, the mysterious headquarters of the Federal Bureau of Control. Lucky gamers will have the chance to join the Closed Technical Test and experience the game ahead of its official launch. The test runs from May 15 at 9:00 AM ET to May 19 at 4:59 PM ET.

You're the only hope

In FBC: Firebreak, players can return to the Oldest House, a strange FBC building known from Control. You will join an elite response unit called Firebreak. Team up with friends or join forces with players worldwide to form a three-person squad tasked with defending the Oldest House from whatever monstrosities can attack it. Success demands teamwork, quick thinking, and strategic use of a diverse arsenal of weapons and gadgets.

Release date and platforms

FBC: Firebreak will officially come out on June 17, 2025. It will be available on PC, Xbox Series S|X, and PlayStation 5.
